I have done a lot of planting lately! My hands are as rough as sandpaper in the evenings but I have some super great Hemp lotion! Oh gosh they feel so loverly afterwards!
This Sweet Million better give me a million cherry tomatoes! There's 3 of them....what the fuck was I thinking?
I have about 30 other herbs, and here are some new to me ones. Winter Savory, French Tarragon, Lemon Basil and Curry Leaves. With a dozen or so tomato plants behind in the greenhouse.
See the yellow centers in these Tulips?
What the heck? Out of all of them is this one with a black center!Pretty!

Awww, this was sad. We had incredible winds the other night,so strong it knocked this nest out of the tree. The egg inside was crushed on the ground laying beside it. 
I love gardening. I never wear gloves...I don't mind dirt under my fingernails! I hope to be more on the ball this year as far as collecting the seeds from some of these flowers. I went beyond what I wanted to spend...but damn it sure is a beautiful sight for the eyes. Can't wait for all the trailing flowers in the pots to grow!!

Such a shame about the nest !! All the hard work they put into her but better it happened now verses with little hatchlings inside.
Haha I absolutely loved the dirty fingernails part. I also absolutely hate gloves, any sort, I have them ditched away all over the garden, to serve either as a new home for baby spiders or as a composting enhancer. My hands resemble those of a construction worker, with some symbolic prints of a lunatic cat, and a touch of personal clumsiness. Calendula cream and Tamanu oil do a miracle on them! BUT every now and then I do a joke for my friends and head to a parfume shop with tons of dirt under my wasted fingernails and with cuts all over my hands, and they pick out the most annoying bimbo-hostess to show me the newest line of nail polish. The loathing expression on her dumb face is just PRICELESS!!!! LOL Long live the garden freaks!
